Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
JeeBuzz is operated and marketed primarily for use by players located in Pakistan. JeeBuzz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani rupees (PKR). JeeBuzz does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency.
Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your JeeBuzz wallet instantly in virtually all cases. Bank IBFT deposits are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, which typically occurs within the same business day. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 60 seconds of approval in normal operating conditions. Withdrawals via bank IBFT are processed within one working day subject to SBP clearing schedules.
JeeBuzz may require identity and payment verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering and fraud prevention procedure. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, a screenshot of your registered payment account, or other documentation. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed. JeeBuzz will notify you of any outstanding verification requirements as soon as they arise.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. JeeBuzz does not process withdrawals to payment accounts that are not registered in your name. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party payment account may result in the withdrawal being reversed and the account flagged for investigation.
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. JeeBuzz will notify you by email before applying any dormant account fee. A monthly administration fee of Rs 200 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) may be deducted from dormant account balances after this notification period. Logging in and placing any activity will return the account to active status at any time.
All bets placed on JeeBuzz are subject to acceptance by the platform. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet reference number and the stake has been deducted from your account balance. JeeBuzz reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that exceed the applicable market limit, bets placed on markets that have been suspended, or bets where the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect foul play or manipulation.
The minimum bet across most JeeBuzz sports markets is Rs 50. Maximum stakes vary by market, event, and account tier. PSL match winner outside bets carry a standard maximum of Rs 5,00,000 per selection. JeeBuzz reserves the right to reduce maximum stake limits for individual accounts where betting patterns suggest professional or syndicate activity.
In-play bets placed on JeeBuzz are subject to the live market rules in effect at the time of acceptance. JeeBuzz uses real-time data feeds for live event pricing. In the event that a bet is accepted in error after an outcome is known – for example, due to a delay in the live data feed – JeeBuzz reserves the right to void that specific bet and return the stake to your wallet. This provision applies to all live in-play markets including PSL, virtual sports, and live casino games.
For PSL and other cricket matches: if a match is abandoned before a valid DLS result can be determined, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes are returned. If a DLS result is declared, that result stands for settlement purposes. For football and other sports markets: events postponed for more than 24 hours from the original scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned, unless JeeBuzz explicitly announces otherwise for a specific event.
If JeeBuzz publishes an obviously incorrect price for any market – for example, a 10.0 price on a match where one team has already been announced as the winner – JeeBuzz reserves the right to void bets placed at that price and offer settlement at the correct price. Where a correct price cannot be determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
All casino games available on JeeBuzz – including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker, and live dealer games – are operated on certified RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer systems supplied by licensed third-party game providers. The rules for each specific game are available within the game interface and govern play for that game.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session – including but not limited to disconnection, server error, or game freeze – the outcome of the affected round may be voided and the stake returned to your account. You may request closure of your JeeBuzz account at any time by contacting our support team at support@jeebuzz.biz. Upon receipt of a closure request, JeeBuzz will process any pending withdrawal of your available balance to your registered payment method before closing the account. Accounts closed at your request may be reopened upon request subject to standard verification, unless the closure was related to a self-exclusion or responsible gaming request.

JeeBuzz is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses including loss of earnings, loss of opportunity, or any claim that depends on establishing what would have happened in the absence of a specific incident.
JeeBuzz will not be in breach of these Terms or liable for any failure or delay in performance where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond JeeBuzz's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, power outages, or cyberattacks.
