We Never Sell Your Data
JeeBuzz does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes. Your data is used solely to operate your account and improve the JeeBuzz platform – nothing more.

You Control Your Own Data
You have the right to access, correct, and in most cases delete the personal data JeeBuzz holds about you. Requests are processed by our privacy team within 30 days. Data subject requests can be submitted at any time by emailing support@jeebuzz.biz.
Limited, Necessary Sharing Only
JeeBuzz shares your data only with the third-party service providers that are strictly necessary to operate the platform – payment processors, identity verification providers, and licensed game studios. Every third party is bound by a data processing agreement with JeeBuzz.
Retention with a Purpose
JeeBuzz does not keep your personal data longer than necessary. Standard account data is retained for as long as your account is active plus a statutory period thereafter. Transaction records are retained as required by applicable financial regulations. Data no longer needed is securely deleted.
Breach Notification

JeeBuzz ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") operates jeebuzz.biz, an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Pakistan and select international markets. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, JeeBuzz is the data controller responsible for the personal information collected through the platform.

2.1 Data We Do Not Collect

JeeBuzz does not collect or store full payment card numbers at any point. Card payments are processed by a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor and JeeBuzz receives only a tokenised reference. JeeBuzz also does not collect biometric data beyond what is strictly necessary for identity verification in cases where document verification alone is insufficient.

JeeBuzz does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If it comes to our attention that an underage person has provided personal data during registration, we will delete that data and close the account immediately.

How We Use Your Data

JeeBuzz uses your personal data for a defined and limited set of purposes. We do not use your data for any purpose other than those listed below without first seeking your explicit consent.

  • Account operation: Creating and maintaining your JeeBuzz account, verifying your identity, processing deposits and withdrawals in PKR, and providing access to all platform features including PSL betting, casino games, and VIP Club services.
  • Transaction processing: Executing deposit and withdrawal instructions via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard in Pakistani rupees. Verifying payment sources and matching deposits to the correct account.
  • Legal and regulatory compliance: Conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, age verification, and fraud detection. Retaining transaction records as required by applicable financial regulations.
  • Customer support: Responding to your queries, resolving disputes, processing complaints, and providing account assistance through our 24/7 support team.
  • Responsible gaming: Monitoring account activity for indicators of problematic gambling behaviour and proactively reaching out to players where our responsible gaming programme detects patterns of concern.
  • Platform improvement: Analysing aggregated, anonymised usage data to understand how players interact with JeeBuzz and improve the platform experience. No individual player is identifiable in this analysis.
  • Security and fraud prevention: Detecting and preventing unauthorised account access, automated bot activity, duplicate account creation, and other forms of platform abuse.
  • Communications: Sending transactional messages including deposit and withdrawal confirmations, security alerts, and significant account or policy updates. Marketing communications are only sent to players who have opted in and can be unsubscribed at any time.
Marketing communications: JeeBuzz will only send promotional emails and SMS messages to players who have explicitly opted in. You can withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time by updating your notification preferences in your account settings or by contacting support@jeebuzz.biz.

Legal Basis for Processing

JeeBuzz processes your personal data on the following legal bases, depending on the specific processing activity:

  • Contractual necessity: The majority of data processing at JeeBuzz is necessary to perform the contract between you and JeeBuzz – that is, to operate your account, process your transactions, and provide access to all platform services you have signed up for.
  • Legal obligation: Some data processing is required by applicable law and regulation, including AML checks, transaction record retention, and age verification. JeeBuzz is legally obligated to carry out these activities regardless of your individual preferences.
  • Legitimate interests: JeeBuzz processes certain data for legitimate business interests including fraud prevention, platform security, and the responsible gaming monitoring programme. In each case, JeeBuzz has assessed that these interests are not overridden by your right to privacy.
  • Consent: Where JeeBuzz processes your data for marketing purposes or for any purpose not covered by the above bases, we will seek your explicit consent first. You may withdraw consent at any time without this affecting any other aspect of your account.

Who We Share Your Data With

JeeBuzz does not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to any third party. We share your data only with the specific categories of service provider listed below, and only to the extent strictly necessary for them to perform their contracted function:

  • Payment processors: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT partners, and Visa/Mastercard acquiring banks. These providers receive the minimum data necessary to process your specific transaction.
  • Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC and AML service providers who assist JeeBuzz in verifying your identity and screening against sanctions and watchlists as required by applicable regulations.
  • Licensed game providers: The studios that supply JeeBuzz's casino games, roulette tables, and live dealer experiences may receive a player session identifier to enable game functionality. They do not receive your name, payment details, or full contact information.
  • IT and hosting providers: The cloud infrastructure and security providers that host and protect the JeeBuzz platform. These providers access data only as necessary to provide their contracted services and are bound by strict data processing agreements.
  • Regulatory and law enforcement: Where JeeBuzz is required by law, court order, or regulatory instruction to disclose personal data, we will comply. Where legally permitted, JeeBuzz will notify the relevant player before making such disclosure.

Every third-party provider that receives personal data from JeeBuzz is bound by a written data processing agreement that prohibits them from using that data for any purpose other than the contracted service, from sharing it further without JeeBuzz approval, and that requires them to maintain security standards consistent with those of JeeBuzz.

International transfers: Some of JeeBuzz's third-party providers operate infrastructure outside Pakistan. Where personal data is transferred internationally, JeeBuzz ensures that adequate protections equivalent to those in this policy are in place at the receiving organisation.

JeeBuzz uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on jeebuzz.biz. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website you visit. Cookies allow JeeBuzz to recognise your device on return visits, maintain your login session, remember your preferences, and understand how players use the platform.

Data Retention

JeeBuzz retains your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, subject to any longer retention periods required by applicable law or regulation. The table below sets out the standard retention periods applied to each category of data.

  • Account and identity data: Retained for the lifetime of your account plus a minimum of five years after account closure to comply with financial regulation and AML requirements.
  • Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of seven years from the date of the transaction in accordance with applicable financial record-keeping requirements.
  • KYC verification documents: Retained for a minimum of five years following account closure or the last relevant transaction, whichever is later.
  • Customer support communications: Retained for three years from the date of the last message in the relevant conversation, or longer where the communication relates to an unresolved dispute.
  • Betting and game activity records: Retained for five years from the date of the activity.
  • Marketing consent records: Retained from the date of consent until withdrawal plus two years to demonstrate compliance.
  • Cookie and analytics data: Aggregated analytics data is retained for a maximum of 24 months. Device and session data used for security purposes is retained for 12 months.

When data has reached the end of its required retention period, JeeBuzz securely deletes or anonymises it. Anonymised data – where all identifying information has been removed – may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes.

Your Rights Over Your Data

JeeBuzz respects your rights over your personal data. The following rights are available to all JeeBuzz players. JeeBuzz will respond within 30 days of receiving a valid request.

Right of Access
You have the right to request a copy of all personal data JeeBuzz holds about you. JeeBuzz will provide this in a clear, readable format within 30 days of your request.
Right to Rectification
If any personal data JeeBuzz holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have it corrected. Most basic contact information can be updated directly in your account settings.
Right to Erasure
You may request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances. Note that JeeBuzz may be legally required to retain certain data (such as transaction records) regardless of an erasure request.
Right to Restrict Processing

JeeBuzz reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform features, or data processing practices. When material changes are made, JeeBuzz will notify registered players by email and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. If the changes we make are significant – for example, if we intend to use your data for a new purpose that requires fresh consent – we will seek that consent explicitly before the new processing begins.
